BlueEye - A Re-creation of my RedEye theme
Hi all
I recently posted my "RedEye" Theme here [link]
Among positive responses i also had a few requests
for a blue version.
At first i declined but i soon realised in just a few hours i could convert my theme.
I spent more time on RedEye on things like changing the media player buttons but on this theme
it didnt seem worth while because the original buttons are already blue and same goes for the cursor i created.
I would Recommend RedEye over BlueEye.
Anyway Blues what some people wanted, so here it is...BlueEye vista

Enjoy! your coments are welcome, Thankyou for looking.
Well man, Nice! I havent used it yet, but I only have one thing I would say maybe dont look right. The purple or whatever it is on the start orb, I think I should just be a blue color not anything in the top right corner of it.
But thanks, I am sure you may improve on it, or I may!
THIS IS FOR VISTA ONLY, install by replaceing vista system files.
as you all know Vista is new, i have switched over and doubt very much i would ever go back to xp or make themes for xp.
because its only early days in vista there is no easy way to theme vista.
correct me if im wrong but WindowsBlinds and software alike are still in developement.
Its easy to make themes for xp using software like skinStudio. but in Vista the best current way to theme windows is buy extracting image resources from system files e.g Imageres.dll using software like resource hacker.
Then you can edit the image and re-pack them into the system file.
One of the best ways to learn how to make themes would be to download my theme and open the files i have supplied with resourse Hacker (FREE). You will soon see whats in them and im sure u will learn fast from this point on.
For help on themeing Vista visit cusomization forums e.g aeroxp.org or joejoe.org forums....Thanks to helpful guy in these forums that i learnt how to do it.
Heres a list of the software i use for themeing Vista
Axilis Icon Worksop=for converting pngs to compatible aero transparent Bmp's
Corel PhotoShop pro xi = for designing editing creating images
Resourse Tuner= for extracting and packing .dll and exe files
Restorator 2007 = is better if you have lots of images to replace, but i recommend resource tuner
The best way to learn would be to just open up my files with resource hacker(FREE)....and you will soon see what i mean.
Eventually Themeing software like windows blinks will be available for aero but i will stick to themeing vista this way because i belive it doesnt slow your computer down like windows blinds can.
