We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. My Apologies, but since releasing this theme only hours ago,
i have notice the taskbar needed editing because the neon colour didnt show on the task bar
when using a different wallpaper.
I have now updated this and re-submitted my theme.
So for anyone who downloaded it in the last few hours

To overcome the known problems that occur when installing Windows Update Hotfix KB933928
First off, should you be telling people to backup those files BEFORE they make changes to the permissions?
Secondly, I followed the permission-changing instructions to the teeth, but my user name was never listed in the pane of selectable options. All that was listed was SYSTEM, Administrators, Users and TrustedInstaller. Now I figured you meant our user name would be listed under Users, so I passed all control to that option.
Then I moved on to the next step of transferring the patched .dll files into the System32 folder and I kept getting errors saying these files were being used by another program and to close that application before continuing... Thing is - I only had the Explore window open.
So that's where I stopped, did a system restore for safe measure and said screw it. lol
Any advice?
